The R&D department is built on a novel concept by combining the Product design team and the Manufacturing team with the primary aim of New Product Introduction based on the principles which govern the Strategy of the company i.e. Market Size, Market Share and Margin on sales. The department is distinctly divided into Product Designers, Pathfinders, Product Developers and the Testing team which adhere to the 9 step process plan to realise new products in the field of hydraulics.

Every IPH cylinder is subjected to a final production test to ensure that leak free sealing and correct sequence of opening occurs.
